Christohper's 2nd Birthday - June 11th

Who is the cutest 2 year old of 2009? CHRISTOPHER! We chose to have Christopher's birthday at the park. The picture below shows his favorite gifts...all of which came from Grandmama Wood; a suitcase, a matching backpack and a little sleeping bag. He looks ready to go!

Is there anyone out there that thinks I made this cake? Yes? Anyone?

Christopher and his cousins (some of them at least!) From left to right; Collin, Stoker, Cosette, Christopher, McKenna, Jethro, Harrison, and Livy.

Collin's AR Assembly

Collin was a super star reader this past year in 1st grade. These pictures depict his well earned 200 point Accelerated Reading sweatshirt. Only 2 other children in four 1st grade classes earned this esteemed honor! Way to go Collin!

This is a picture with Collin and his principal Mr. Page. This is a picture with one of Collin's best friends, Eric! High Five on your sweatshirt Eric!

Cosette's Pre-school Graduation

Cosette attended Bright Minds Pre-school. These are pictures from her graduation. What started out as the most convenient car pool (it's ALL about the carpool) turned into a wonderful learning environment for my daughter!
Cosette and her friend Hailee. So sweet...we miss Hailee so much!

Cosette's teacher Ms. Becky. Mitch actually went to High School with her so we felt very safe sending our daughter to her!

Cosettey's spring ballet recital - Cordoroy

Cosette was a beautiful ballerina in Petite Ballet's performance of the little teddy bear; Cordoroy. After throwing up in the morning and missing dress rehearsal I shoved her on stage (as all good stage mothers do) for the evening performance. She was fantanstic! I can't believe how well she retains dances. She is such a cutie!

"Lemonade" - Collin's 1st grade play

These are photos from Collin's 1st grade play. Collin got to start off the play with the first line! We thought he did fantastic as Jack Be Nimble!

This first picture is of him and the Magnificent Mrs. M (Kendra McLaren). Collin's teacher. We LOVED Mrs. McLaren! I had to show a quick picture of the refreshement table that I was in charge of as the official "room mom."

Super Soccer Star!

Collin did awesome at Soccer this season. I feel like this sport has finally clicked! Of course, right when I think that Collin informed me that he is "done" with soccer. He now aspires to attain his black belt in karate and he wants to learn to play the guitar. Okay, yeah, let me get right on that.

True Idaho Fun

We have to make our own entertainment in sweet Idaho. Including riding around the neighborhood on our version of fun - THE RIDING LAWN MOWER!

Spring Break at Catalina Island

We spent a day at Catalina Island during Spring Break. Here's the kids on the famous Buffalo. If you look carefully you can also see my mother assisting Christopher's balance. On the steps of the Opera House.
It is no secret that Mitch and I are NOT animal lovers. On the ferry on the way home there was this very nice dog who let my children pet him the entire hour ride home. This is probably as close as my kids are ever going to get to a pet. (Never say Never though, I guess)

Spring Break at the beach

We spent one of the days of Spring Break at the Beach! (Long Beach) As you can see, we made a very impressive sand castle/Egyptian pyramid. Not too shabby considering that we had only our hands to build it! This is the day that we spent the least amount of $$$ and probably had the most fun! My mom and Terry were good sports and spent the entire week with us!

Logan Michael Moses - Baby Blessing

This is Michelene's "little" brother Michael, his wife Jenny, and their 2nd child Logan at his baby blessing in Camas, WA. We had such a nice time visiting them in their lake front home. Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Michael also gave a VERY nice blessing. We are so glad we made the trip out for it!
3 Generations of Moses Boys!

Logan's Baby Blessing - Jan 2009

We are such a cute family...aren't we? Agreement with previous statement is mandatory for looking at our blog. :)
The children with Grandma & Grandpa Wood. So fun!

Hanging out with Papa Moses!

Cheese!!!

Logan's Baby Blessing

I'm not exactly sure where Mitch is in this picture...probably behind the camera.
Jenny and I and our sweet boys! Do you like our matching dresses? Not even planned.

Grandpa Moses made the trip all the way up from San Diego! We are so impressed!

This is the children's adoptive grandpa. The kids call him Grandpa Tiger. His real name and identity is Taggert Frost. He is Jennys' Dad. Very funny and entertaining man!

Liljenquist Family Reunion

Mitch's mom, Vauna Liljenquist Cromwell's family does a HUGE extended family party the day after Christmas every year. This year we rented out a family fun center in Utah. We had great catered food to eat. This picture is also a great representation of Mitch playing with the kids. He never just sits on the sidelines and watches. He gets in and climbs through the "trenches" to ensure our children are having the best time possible.

Don't try this at home!

Christopher loves to sit on my dishwasher door. I'm sure that's really good practice for dishwasher longevity.

My Prima Ballerina

Theses are pictures from Cosettey's ballet class at Petite Ballet with Ms. Kristen. Kristen is a very good friend of mine...once upon a time she and I were rivals...she worked for ABC while I worked for FOX. Okay rivals is a pretty strong word. She's a very good friend and has been an excellent teacher to Cosette. This is a picture of Cosette and her bestest friend Hailee Anderson. They were mice in their ballet production!

Christmas Decorations

My home was in the Holiday Parade of Homes for our city and as it took me, Mitch, and two of my parents FOUR days to put up all this stuff (and 2 months to take it down) I thought I would post a few pictures on my blog of it.
